- Seeks and prospects for business customer (BC) targets to win new customers
- Plans and manages BC
- Conducts regular visits to existing customers and prospects
- Builds rapport and trust with customers
- Assesses customer needs
- Recommends solutions based on customer needs by using industry knowledge and product
- Closes business
- Supports customer retention by conducting joints visits with Product Team, Trade Lane Teamand
by organizing customerworkshops
- Own and maintains the Customer Standard Operating Procedure
- Facilitates business implementation through the implementation team
