Role Summary
As a Financial Analyst, you will develop financial models, analyze performance trends, and advise senior management on key business metrics. Your expertise will help shape investment decisions, optimize planning processes, and improve profitability across various business units.
What You’ll Do
* Build and maintain detailed financial models for business planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
* Perform trend analysis, identify business risks and opportunities, and recommend improvements to maximize profitability
* Conduct scenario-based financial forecasting to support long-term strategic planning
* Monitor KPIs and produce performance dashboards and management reports
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to analyze the financial impact of new initiatives
* Evaluate investment feasibility using DCF, ROI, and cost-benefit analysis
* Present complex financial data to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format
* Identify and implement improvements to financial processes, tools, and documentation
* Support system upgrades and assist with FP&A software implementations
* Execute ad-hoc financial analyses and projects assigned by senior leadership
* Remain current on financial trends, accounting standards, and best practices (GAAP/IFRS)
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
* 6+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, planning, and forecasting
* Expert-level Excel skills including pivot tables, macros, and VBA scripting
* Strong grasp of financial modeling techniques and tools
* Familiarity with ERP and FP&A systems
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* Confident communicator with effective presentation and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
* A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
