Position Overview
Amazon is hiring a Fulfillment Center Trainer in Dubai, UAE to coordinate and deliver training across process paths within the fulfillment operation. The role supports new hire learning, Instructor and Peer Trainer development, training compliance, cross-training, critical role readiness, and continuous improvement. This position requires regular use of operational and training data to identify skill gaps, improve learning effectiveness, and support workforce performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute training across process paths within the Fulfillment Center.
- Act as a supervisor for Instructors and Peer Trainers supporting new
hires.
- Deliver Instructor training, observations, and coaching in line with MEATR standards.
- Ensure training records remain accurate and up to date through the training console.
- Maintain MEATR training materials and ensure training is delivered according to required standards.
- Create a positive and effective learning experience for new hires.
- Use and analyze data daily to identify opportunities to improve new hire learning and performance.
- Provide feedback to Instructors and Peer Trainers on training delivery and new hire group performance.
- Ensure required tests and audits are completed and responses are properly tracked.
- Organize Instructor assignments and monitor operational cross-training to support peak skill requirements.
- Work with operations teams on the skill matrix to identify gaps in critical role training.
- Support operations with delivery of critical role training.
- Gather feedback and analyze data to improve training processes and techniques.
- Support recruitment of Instructors and Peer Trainers.
- Attend required meetings and provide relevant training and performance information.
- Work in partnership with agency managers to improve new hire performance.
- Contribute feedback and improvement recommendations to MEATR-level projects.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with written and verbal communication.
- Experience delivering presentations.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules and shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification.
Training and Operational Focus
The Trainer supports both learning quality and operational readiness within the Fulfillment Center. The position combines hands-on training coordination with coaching, training record management, skills-gap analysis, cross-training, audits, and data-driven process improvement to help ensure the workforce is prepared for operational requirements.
