Position Overview
Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Home Delivery and Assembly Associate to join its Supply Chain and Logistics team in Dubai. The role is responsible for ensuring seamless product delivery, assembly, and installation while maintaining the brand’s premium standards. This position combines hands-on logistics work with customer interaction, ensuring every delivery is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary customer contact during delivery, ensuring clear and professional communication.
* Load, transport, and install furniture safely and efficiently according to company standards.
* Conduct pre-delivery and post-installation checks to verify product condition and placement accuracy.
* Assemble furniture and fixtures with precision, following brand guidelines and customer requirements.
* Identify and report any damages, defects, or installation challenges immediately.
* Maintain strict adherence to all safety, handling, and operational procedures.
* Collaborate with drivers, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
* Represent Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle with courtesy, professionalism, and attention to detail at all times.
* Proactively address customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction before completion of each job.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and equipment.
Candidate Requirements
* High school certificate or equivalent.
* 1–2 years of experience in delivery, assembly, or installation — ideally within the luxury furniture or home décor sector.
* Proven carpentry or assembly experience is mandatory.
* Strong communication and customer service skills in English.
* Excellent physical fitness, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
* Valid UAE driving license preferred.
* Team player with a professional appearance and customer-oriented mindset.
* Ability to handle furniture safely and efficiently under time constraints.
