Job Overview
As an Innovation Program Specialist, you will contribute to the planning and execution of innovation campaigns, identify impactful opportunities for process improvement, and measure outcomes across a fast-paced, global logistics environment. You will work closely with business units, support functions, and leadership to drive creative thinking, pilot new ideas, and support change management efforts that advance DP World\'s innovation strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery and monitoring of innovation programs, campaigns, and idea pipelines
* Align innovation initiatives with business priorities, ensuring feasibility and strategic fit
* Track and report on KPIs such as idea submissions, success rate, and program ROI
* Design and maintain dashboards and presentations to highlight innovation progress
* Collaborate with operational teams to identify inefficiencies and innovation opportunities
* Evaluate submitted ideas, prioritize based on business case, and help implement selected projects
* Conduct trend research and benchmark against leading innovators across industries
* Participate in foresight analysis to shape proactive innovation strategies
* Organize and facilitate challenges, hackathons, design sprints, and ideation workshops
* Promote grassroots engagement by empowering innovation ambassadors and champions
* Drive internal capability-building through innovation training and knowledge sharing
* Support change enablement in coordination with HR, Strategy, IT, and Communications teams
* Assist in storytelling, recognition programs, and internal campaigns to foster innovation culture
Job Requirements
* Experience in program coordination or strategy roles, preferably in innovation, transformation, or business development
* Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience creating dashboards or KPI trackers
* Understanding of innovation processes, design thinking, and digital transformation methods
* Ability to collaborate across departments, influence without authority, and manage stakeholders
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Experience in logistics, supply chain, or maritime sector is an advantage
* Bachelor\'s degree in business, innovation, industrial engineering, or related fields
