Position Overview
Administrative Operations Coordinator – Department Support and Office Administration in Dubai, UAE supports internal business teams by managing administrative processes, coordinating communications, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role focuses on documentation management, internal coordination, reporting support, and administrative assistance that helps departments maintain operational efficiency within Talabat’s fast growing digital commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain departmental documentation and records to ensure accurate and organized information management.
* Coordinate internal meetings, departmental events, and communication between teams.
* Perform data entry tasks, update internal systems, and generate reports when required.
* Track departmental tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
* Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners when required.
* Prepare presentations, reports, forms, and other administrative documents.
* Manage department specific tools, internal systems, and operational databases.
* Provide administrative assistance including filing, correspondence, scheduling, and logistics coordination.

* Previous experience in administrative or office support roles preferred but not mandatory.
* Familiarity with common office applications including Microsoft Office tools.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Good verbal and written communication abilities.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
* Professional attitude with a proactive and responsible work approach.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
