This role manages end to end operations across multiple small sites focusing on last mile delivery execution team leadership and maintaining performance standards in a fast paced logistics environment
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily end to end operations across multiple sites
Supervise last mile delivery operations and service partners
Ensure customer metrics cost targets and safety standards are achieved
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
Develop and implement training plans for riders and team members
Ensure compliance with company policies including attendance tracking
Maintain productivity quality and operational efficiency
Drive continuous improvement across operations
