This role supervises inbound or outbound operations ensuring efficient workflows team productivity and adherence to safety and company standards within a fast-paced logistics environment
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily fulfillment center operations across inbound or outbound functions
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and report incidents accurately
Manage attendance performance and training needs of team members
Track production metrics and implement improvements for efficiency
Collaborate with HR IT Safety and Facilities for operational support
Maintain accurate timecard reviews and payroll inputs
Drive process improvements and share best practices across teams
Ensure policies and procedures are consistently followed
Coach mentor and develop team members for better performance
Ideal Profile
