Working within the AMZL Learning Department, the specialist will connect
training requirements with the realities of daily delivery operations. The role supports managers, production assistants, Delivery Service Provider teams, dispatchers, drivers, and sort associates. Its purpose is to ensure that employees receive accurate instruction, operational changes are adopted consistently, and training performance remains visible to site leadership.
Key Responsibilities
The position combines classroom facilitation, learning administration, content design, and performance reporting.
* Coordinate and deliver operational training programs for groups of up to 50 participants
* Organize training schedules in partnership with country learning leadership and site management
* Facilitate clear, practical sessions for employees and delivery partners with different levels of experience
* Track learning curves, assessment results, quality indicators, and post-training performance
* Identify capability gaps and implement targeted improvement plans for individuals and teams
* Monitor adherence to established learning programs and required standard work
* Maintain accurate compliance records, attendance data, training documents, and completion reports
* Develop instructional materials using Articulate 360, Photoshop, video-editing software, and presentation tools
* Translate process changes into updated courses, job aids, and site communications
* Work with program managers and operational leaders to support the adoption of new procedures
* Build internal dashboards for training progress, completion rates, quality, and other KPIs
* Present daily and weekly learning updates during leadership meetings
* Support tactical initiatives and longer-term projects that improve workforce capability
* Deliver training during flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays when required
