Role Context
The Manager - Electrification and Network Planning will provide structured oversight for initiatives spanning Amazon fulfillment centers and Amazon Logistics operations. A major focus will be electrification programs, alongside broader network planning, operational action tracking, investment visibility, and leadership governance.
The role acts as a coordination hub between Operations, Finance, central planning, and partner teams. By maintaining clear visibility of milestones, risks, dependencies, costs, and performance indicators, the manager will help leadership understand whether strategic initiatives are progressing as planned and where intervention is required.
This position also supports Monthly Business Reviews and other executive operating mechanisms, converting complex operational information into accurate reporting, clearly assigned actions, and accountable follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate electrification programs across the operational network and track progress against agreed business objectives.
* Maintain alignment between electrification initiatives and broader fulfillment center and Amazon Logistics priorities.
* Support network planning activities involving operational goals, cross-functional actions, leadership commitments, and execution milestones.
* Create centralized visibility of network actions, dependencies, risks, delivery dates, and outstanding decisions.
* Partner with Finance teams on cost tracking, investment visibility, forecasting inputs, and financial performance reporting.
* Monitor network KPIs and operational metrics and ensure owners follow through on agreed deliverables.
* Identify delayed actions or emerging risks and escalate issues when intervention is required.
* Coordinate Monthly Business Review preparation, including data consolidation, metric validation, business updates, and action tracking.
* Support Weekly Business Review and other leadership reporting mechanisms where applicable.
* Work across Operations, Planning, Finance, fulfillment centers, Amazon Logistics, and partner organizations to maintain alignment.
* Develop standardized trackers, reporting templates, governance routines, and planning mechanisms that improve consistency across the network.
* Ensure leadership decisions and operational commitments are clearly documented, assigned, and followed through to completion.
* Consolidate information from multiple teams into concise reports that support leadership decision-making.
* Manage several cross-functional workstreams simultaneously while protecting deadlines and reporting accuracy.
* Analyze performance data to identify gaps, trends, risks, and areas requiring corrective action.
* Support employee and performance management responsibilities where required within the operating structure.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives using performance metrics, Lean concepts, and structured problem solving.

The position requires experience coordinating multiple cross-functional workstreams and managing detailed action plans in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational ability and close attention to detail are particularly important because the role manages dependencies, metrics, financial inputs, leadership commitments, and reporting deadlines across several stakeholder groups.
Candidates should have advanced Microsoft Excel capability and experience working with reporting tools, trackers, dashboards, or structured operational data.
