Position Overview
DP World is hiring a highly experienced and detail-oriented Master Planner Manager to lead the implementation, review, and coordination of master plans across the UAE Region zones. Based in Dubai, this role ensures strategic alignment of zoning, plot allocation, and land-use designations while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, external stakeholders, and authorities to drive consistent, high-quality delivery of development plans, contributing to the sustainable growth of DP World’s logistics and trade infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage the execution of approved master plans across DP World UAE zones, ensuring long-term alignment with operational and strategic goals
* Maintain and update zoning layouts, plot allocations, and land-use designations to reflect business needs and regulatory requirements
* Evaluate design concepts and site modification requests for compliance with Design Control Regulations (DCR) and planning standards
* Provide expert planning guidance to internal departments such as Commercial, Sales, and Asset Management, as well as external authorities
* Develop and enforce planning policies and procedures to ensure consistent implementation and fast-track approvals
* Maintain accurate spatial data and records through Oracle and GIS platforms for informed decision-making and operational coordination
* Prepare master plan amendments and land-use proposals in support of commercial initiatives and sales targets
* Track the status of planning applications, approvals, and changes, providing regular reporting to senior leadership
* Serve as the primary contact for all master planning-related discussions with authorities and stakeholders
* Uphold traceability, compliance, and strategic oversight through documentation, audits, and reporting
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
* Proven expertise in master planning, zoning regulations, land development, and urban design standards
* Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations and sustainability planning requirements
* Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, reviewing site layouts, and assessing infrastructure data
* Advanced proficiency in Oracle, GIS, and spatial planning databases
* Skilled in project management, quality control, and regulatory compliance
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination skills
* Ability to manage high-volume zoning data and maintain real-time planning accuracy
