Role Context
The Operations Intern works closely with managers and operations teams to improve daily workflow efficiency across logistics and fulfillment functions. This role provides direct exposure to supply chain operations, team management, and process optimization while helping ensure safe, productive, and customer-focused delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Support daily operations across fulfillment centers, sortation centers, and delivery stations
* Analyze operational data and identify process improvement opportunities
* Map workflows, review operational issues, and help develop practical solutions
* Test and support implementation of improvement plans for better service delivery
* Work with managers, frontline associates, and technical teams to improve performance
* Monitor service levels and contribute to customer experience improvements
* Assist in reporting, operational reviews, and project execution
* Participate in problem-solving activities related to logistics and delivery operations
* Maintain focus on workplace safety, productivity, and process efficiency
* Support assigned internship projects under mentor guidance
Ideal Profile
* Currently enrolled in or completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with graduation between December 2026 and June 2028
* Available for a full-time internship of 3 to 6 months during 2026
* Strong English communication skills in speaking and writing
* UAE National with family book required
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
* Comfortable working in fast-paced fulfillment and logistics environments
* Basic understanding of operations, supply chain, or process improvement preferred
* Knowledge of Excel is an advantage
* Positive attitude with willingness to learn and work closely with teams
