Role Context
This role leads daily operations for one large site or multiple smaller sites ensuring smooth execution of store operations team performance and compliance with company standards in a fast paced delivery environment
Key Responsibilities
Manage end to end operations across assigned sites
Supervise store operations and ensure service quality standards
Monitor team productivity safety and operational performance
Implement and enforce company policies including attendance tracking
Lead coach and develop team members to improve performance
Ensure customer metrics and cost targets are achieved
Drive operational improvements and efficiency initiatives
Provide regular performance feedback and reporting

Experience in logistics operations retail or warehouse environments
