This role oversees daily operational execution across store and delivery networks, ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently and delivered on time. It plays a key role in maintaining service quality, team productivity, and operational consistency in a high-speed logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end daily operations across assigned sites or stores
* Supervise store operations and ensure smooth execution of workflows
* Monitor customer-facing metrics while maintaining cost and safety targets
* Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
* Develop training plans and support skill development of associates
* Conduct operational audits including 4M and 5S standards
* Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives
