Organizational Development Specialist - HR Systems and Policy Governance Dubai

Position Overview
DP World is seeking an experienced Organizational Development Specialist to support HR systems, policy governance, and procedural development across our global logistics operations. This role is central to maintaining compliance, improving HR systems functionality, and ensuring the delivery of high-impact people initiatives within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

* Lead HR policy governance activities, ensuring alignment with internal developments and legal compliance
* Draft, review, and manage people department procedures based on audit findings and organizational needs
* Maintain detailed records of organizational development activities for HR audits and compliance
* Develop presentations, reports, and visual documentation using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
* Act as the HR point of contact for system development, approve customizations, and oversee delivery timelines
* Manage and authorize updates to content on the HR intranet and Oracle Fusion platform
* Supervise HR systems analysts, ensuring KPI alignment and timely output
* Oversee quality control of job title content and system input for employee data management
* Support the sectional head on special organizational development projects and HR systems initiatives

Ideal Profile

* Graduate or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management
* 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within large multinational organizations
* In-depth understanding of job classification, job evaluation, and broad banding methodologies (e.g., Hays preferred)
* Strong exposure to HR systems and technology platforms such as Oracle Fusion
* Excellent organizational, documentation, and project coordination skills
* Ability to synthesize audit findings into actionable process improvements
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Visio for process mapping and workflow design
