Position Overview
DP World is hiring a seasoned and visionary Partnerships and Events Manager to lead high-impact strategic initiatives and B2B events across the GCC region. Based in Dubai, this role is instrumental in elevating brand visibility, stakeholder engagement, and business growth through expertly managed corporate events, partnerships, and special projects. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with deep experience in executing large-scale events, managing external agencies, and aligning regional efforts with global brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a cohesive Partnerships and Events strategy in line with GCC business goals and DP World’s global communications strategy
* Lead a regional events team focused on operational delivery of B2B events, special projects, and strategic sponsorships
* Create annual event plans with defined KPIs, commercial rationale, and prioritized timelines
* Collaborate with the Government & Public Affairs team to align with global leadership participation on international platforms
* Ensure consistent brand representation, safety, and compliance with DP World’s visual identity and ethical standards
* Monitor and evaluate ROI, generate performance dashboards, and recommend process enhancements
* Manage relationships with external agencies and ensure high-quality, cost-efficient outputs
* Drive innovation in event formats, engagement models, and partnership frameworks
* Support risk mitigation and maintain readiness for tactical response to unplanned events or crises
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement by integrating global best practices from the Centre of Excellence
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience managing corporate and B2B events at a regional or multinational level
* Proven leadership in executing mega events, trade shows, townhalls, and high-profile corporate engagements
* Strong project management skills within complex and dynamic environments
* Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement capabilities
* Commercially minded with experience in performance measurement and budget management
* Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and passion for innovation and inclusivity
* Ability to lead a high-performing team and foster talent development
* Self-starter with long-term vision and a hands-on approach to execution
* Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills
