Role Context
The Program Manager will support Amazon\'s Unified Alternate Fulfillment network across the AMET region, helping expand channels that enable customer orders to be fulfilled directly from seller and vendor locations.
The role sits within Global Specialty Fulfillment and requires a broad view of operations, customer experience, technology, and regional network growth. By combining data analysis, structured program management, and stakeholder coordination, the manager will help improve how Seller Flex, Vendor Flex, and Direct fulfillment programs scale across multiple countries.
The position requires ownership from initial problem definition through implementation and performance review, with a strong focus on sustainable improvements rather than isolated fixes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage regional Unified Alternate Fulfillment programs across Africa, the Middle East, and Turkey.
* Support expansion of Seller Flex, Vendor Flex, and Direct fulfillment channels.
* Develop data-driven solutions to address operational and network challenges.
* Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for long-term program improvement.
* Review business operations from a broader network perspective and identify areas where performance can be improved across multiple teams.
* Define program requirements, objectives, success metrics, milestones, and implementation plans.
* Work with senior leadership to identify and prioritize strategic improvement initiatives.
* Lead programs from initial concept through implementation, launch, and performance measurement.
* Coordinate cross-functional activities across technical and non-technical teams.
* Build structured project plans and schedules that maintain clear ownership and delivery timelines.
* Use operational data and metrics to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
* Develop process improvement initiatives based on measurable business and customer outcomes.
* Partner with stakeholders to improve operational performance across assigned programs.
* Maintain visibility of program risks, dependencies, blockers, and required leadership decisions.
* Track implementation progress and ensure agreed actions are completed on schedule.
* Communicate program performance and results to senior leadership through clear reporting and structured updates.
* Use advanced Excel capabilities, including Pivot Tables and VLookUps, for analysis and operational reporting.
* Apply SQL to extract, analyze, and validate data supporting program decisions.
* Build repeatable processes that enable new fulfillment models to scale efficiently across regional markets.
* Maintain focus on customer experience while improving operational efficiency and program scalability.
* Support continuous improvement across Global Specialty Fulfillment initiatives where alternate fulfillment channels intersect with broader network priorities.
Ideal Profile
Candidates should hold a bachelor\'s degree and have at least three years of program or project management experience.
A minimum of three years of experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams is required.
Candidates should also have at least three years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and measurable performance indicators.
Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge, including Pivot Tables and VLookUps, is required, together with working knowledge of SQL.
The successful candidate should be comfortable defining program requirements, analyzing operational data, prioritizing improvement opportunities, and managing multiple stakeholders across different functions.
Experience leading end-to-end program delivery and communicating outcomes to senior leadership is preferred.
