Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute programs to improve customer experience and seller performance across fulfillment channels
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions
* Analyze data, trends, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Define business and technical requirements to support process optimization
* Lead strategy and operations for delivery speed improvement programs
