Role Context
External Fulfillment programs extend Amazon’s fulfilment capabilities through third-party operations and seller-facing channels. These programs must provide reliable delivery while giving sellers practical tools and processes for managing their customer orders.
The Program Manager will help shape the regional product and program strategy behind this model. By improving processes and launching roadmap initiatives, the role will support Marketplace growth, seller participation and a more dependable customer experience across MENA.
Key Responsibilities
The Program Manager will guide assigned products and initiatives from initial definition through launch, evaluation and continuous improvement.
* Support the regional strategy for third-party External Fulfillment.
* Identify opportunities that increase program adoption and business growth.
* Define program requirements with business and operational stakeholders.
* Plan new products, processes and seller-facing initiatives.
* Build structured roadmaps, schedules and delivery milestones.
* Coordinate execution across technical and non-technical teams.
* Evaluate delivery experience across supported channels.
* Identify friction affecting seller experience and operational efficiency.
* Use data and performance metrics to prioritize improvements.
* Develop business requirements for new product capabilities.
* Lead initiatives from concept through implementation.
* Monitor launch readiness, dependencies and project risks.
* Assess completed programs against agreed success measures.
* Develop repeatable processes that support regional scale.
* Maintain clear communication with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
* Present progress, results and recommendations to senior leadership.
* Manage competing priorities while protecting critical deadlines.
* Drive continuous improvement after product and program launches.
Ideal Profile
The successful candidate will be organized, analytical and comfortable operating across business, product and technology teams. They should be capable of defining a program when requirements are still developing and maintaining accountability through delivery.
* Bachelor’s degree.
* At least 3 years of program or project management experience.
* Minimum 3 years working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
* At least 3 years defining and implementing data-led process improvements.
* Experience establishing program requirements and success metrics.
* Strong project-planning and schedule-management capability.
* Ability to manage stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
* At least 3 years owning end-to-end delivery is preferred.
* Experience presenting results to senior leadership is advantageous.
* Minimum 3 years driving process-improvement initiatives is preferred.
* Ability to build scalable processes and operating mechanisms.
