Role Context
The Program Manager for Network Loss Prevention helps improve operational performance by identifying loss drivers across the network and implementing solutions that reduce avoidable operational losses. The role works closely with operations teams and central program teams to improve process visibility, strengthen controls, and maintain higher efficiency across fulfillment and dispatch systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with central network loss teams to implement standard tools, reporting methods, and operational review processes
* Analyze deviations from standard operating procedures and identify operational gaps causing network losses
* Develop strategies to reduce losses caused by process failures and operational misses
* Coordinate with operational leaders and partner teams using established tools and performance metrics
* Break down loss categories by assignable causes and define measurable input metrics for improvement
* Improve reporting mechanisms by consolidating multiple reporting platforms into a single structured system
* Support reporting enhancements using automation and AI-based analysis for deeper operational visibility
* Represent network loss performance during weekly and monthly business review meetings
* Collaborate with teams outside operations to drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Prepare progress reports, challenge summaries, and improvement opportunities for senior leadership
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree required
* Minimum 3 years of program or project management experience
* Minimum 3 years of experience working across technical and non-technical teams
* Strong experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
* Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLookUp functions
* Working knowledge of SQL for reporting and operational analysis
* Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify root causes and recommend practical solutions
* Good stakeholder management skills across multiple organizational levels
* Experience in end-to-end project delivery and senior leadership communication preferred
