The Program Manager supports the design and delivery of automation systems that improve supply chain decisions and operational performance. This role combines technical leadership with program ownership across application development, data engineering, and forecasting solutions. The position helps reduce manual work, strengthen forecasting accuracy, and improve business outcomes across large-scale supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and manage full-stack applications for supply chain optimization and automation
* Support scalable backend services using technologies such as Java, Python, Node.js, and AWS infrastructure
* Oversee frontend application development using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, and modern web frameworks
* Build and improve data pipelines using lakehouse architecture and Apache Iceberg
* Work with large-scale systems including Amazon Redshift, S3, and EMR for data operations
* Perform data mining and analysis to identify opportunities for supply chain improvement
* Develop scientific and forecasting solutions that support operational decision-making
* Lead machine learning solution deployment for forecasting and supply chain automation improvements
* Manage full software development lifecycle from planning and design to deployment and operations
* Coordinate release schedules, code reviews, technical discussions, and cross-functional project delivery
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent field
* Minimum 3 years of technical product or program management experience
* Minimum 2 years of software development experience
* Strong project management experience covering scope, schedule, quality, budget, and risk management
* Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex technical programs
* Strong programming knowledge in Python, Java, C++, C#, Golang, Ruby, Rust, or similar languages
* Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
* Good understanding of object-oriented design, algorithms, and data structures
