- QA Manager
• Managing the following activities, reviewing and approval:
• Build up and maintaining the quality management system.
• Reviewing standard operating procedures and controlling the required changes for master documents.
• Investigation of deviations and complaints (i.e. NCR), determination the root causes for non-conformity, issuing an investigation report contain the required corrective/preventive actions and ensuring that corrective/preventive actions are implemented.
• Execution and co-ordination of recalls, issuing a recall report contain the required actions and ensuring that actions are implemented.
• Regular Quality Management review.
• Handling of external audits and external approvals.
