Position Overview
Emirates Logistics LLC is hiring a Safety Officer to oversee health and safety standards within our operations in Dubai, UAE. This role requires ensuring compliance, conducting training, and maintaining a safe environment for all staff.

What You’ll Do
* Supervise and coordinate all health and safety activities across the facility.
* Prepare and maintain safety checklists and ensure compliance.
* Monitor proper use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols.
* Conduct daily safety inspections inside and outside the facility.
* Identify hazards and implement corrective measures.
* Maintain discipline and report violations to management.
* Conduct safety induction and awareness training for employees.
* Maintain incident and accident reports.
* Inspect, maintain, and record safety equipment and first aid kits.
* Provide first aid when required and ensure kit replenishment.
* Lead emergency evacuation drills and maintain emergency exits.
* Monitor high-risk activities and enforce safety regulations.
* Implement waste management and workplace hygiene systems.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree.
* NEBOSH or IOSH certification required.
* Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a safety-related role.
* Strong observation and hazard analysis skills.
* Good communication and presentation skills.
* Proficient in MS Office and safety documentation.
* Energetic, disciplined, and a team player with leadership qualities.
