Role Summary
Emirates Logistics LLC is hiring a proactive and certified Safety Officer for our Dubai facility. This mid-level position is critical to maintaining a safe and compliant working environment in line with international HSE standards. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in enforcing safety culture, conducting inspections, and leading emergency preparedness across our logistics operations.

Core Duties

* Monitor all Health & Safety (HSE) activities within the warehouse and logistics premises
* Conduct regular facility rounds to identify hazards and enforce PPE usage
* Prepare and maintain HSE checklists and daily compliance reports
* Lead induction training and coordinate periodic safety awareness sessions
* Supervise discipline, break schedules, and safe behavior across all shifts
* Manage first aid kits, incident records, and emergency equipment maintenance
* Lead emergency evacuation drills with assigned team members
* Promote proper waste management and social hygiene standards
* Report unsafe behaviors and incidents to management proactively
* Coordinate with supervisors and department heads on risk mitigation

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree required
* NEBOSH or IOSH certification mandatory
* Minimum 2–4 years of experience in safety roles within logistics or industrial operations
* Physically fit and alert with excellent people management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
* Proficient in MS Office and HSE documentation
* Ability to handle emergency situations and safety audits confidently
