DP World is hiring a Safety Technician to support equipment checks and oversee thermal-related activities at marine and industrial worksites. This role ensures procedures are followed, equipment is functional, and work areas are monitored for safe conditions.

What You Will Do
* Check condition and accessibility of safety-related tools and materials
* Oversee designated work zones with elevated temperature operations
* Identify non-compliance with site protocols and escalate as needed
* Participate in regular site walkthroughs and routine assessments
* Maintain condition logs of tools and safety materials
* Support coordination between teams for controlled work activity
* Help ensure compliance with operational safety standards and reporting
* Complete inspection reports and assist in procedural reviews
Ideal Profile
* Completed secondary education with training in industrial safety or control procedures
* Minimum 3 years experience in marine, construction, or offshore safety roles
* Familiarity with facility layouts and controlled work zones
* Capable of overseeing routine tasks and documenting results clearly
* Physically able to monitor active work areas and report concerns
* Knowledge of safe practices during thermal or mechanical operations
