Role Context
This role supports service sales and maintenance operations by managing inventory, logistics documentation, and administrative coordination. It plays a key role in ensuring efficient material flow, accurate documentation, and timely support for power plant operations and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and sales support including quotations, contracts, and reports
* Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and site access logistics
* Manage document control systems for accuracy and compliance
* Generate purchase orders, handle invoicing, and track payment status
* Coordinate shipping documentation such as bills of lading and logistics paperwork
* Maintain records of customer data, sales activity, and inventory usage
* Perform inventory control and manage parts for power plant equipment
* Conduct inspections and ensure proper storage and handling of materials
* Coordinate pre-packing, logistics planning, and shipping activities
* Support maintenance activities and ensure parts readiness for operations
* Assist in scheduling manpower, tools, and procedures for maintenance events
* Handle site coordination tasks including procurement and contractor management
Ideal Profile
* Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory, logistics, or material control
* Familiarity with SAP or similar systems preferred
* Strong organizational and documentation skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with various stakeholders
