Sales Executive (Freight & Forwarding) Job Vacancy in UAE Dubai
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Sales /Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with specific experience in the freight forwarding industry, including Sea, Air, and Land Freight. The role requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
-Identify and target potential clients in the local and international market for freight forwarding services.
-Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
-Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitors, and opportunities for expansion.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
-Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive pricing strategies and tailored solutions to meet client needs.
-Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business.
-Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to make informed recommendations and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
-Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to expand the company's network and generate leads.
-Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and regular updates to management.
-Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth handover of new accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
-Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company services, pricing, and value propositions.
Qualifications and Skills:
-Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
-Proven experience in sales, preferably in the freight forwarding industry, with a focus on Sea, Air, and Land Freight.
-Strong understanding of the logistics and supply chain industry, including related services and solutions.
-Fluent in Arabic or Russian, both written and spoken. Proficiency in ---English is also required.
