What You’ll Do
* Drive strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness in all sales functions
* Oversee lead pipelines, application reviews, and inquiry tracking, assigning tasks to the team and ensuring timely follow-up
* Provide regular updates, insights, and sales metrics to the Head of Sales, addressing challenges and opportunities proactively
* Engage directly with new and existing clients, promoting the benefits of establishing or expanding operations in JAFZA
* Collaborate with the Sales Director to identify investment opportunities both regionally and internationally
* Monitor and follow up on leads generated from events, campaigns, and trade shows, ensuring timely responses
* Build competitive intelligence through internal collaboration and market analysis to support strategic positioning
* Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented sales team culture, supporting their growth through mentorship and ongoing coaching
* Promote cross-functional idea-sharing to improve performance and customer engagement across the department
* Serve as a subject matter expert within your domain, providing guidance and contributing to the strategic development of the sales unit
Ideal Profile
* Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or investment attraction within logistics, free zones, or trade sectors
* Strong leadership and team management capabilities with experience in sales performance tracking
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Solid understanding of market positioning, lead generation channels, and regional trade dynamics
* Ability to mentor junior staff, manage key accounts, and influence strategic direction
