The Sales Senior Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, growing the customer base, managing partners, and spearheading cross-functional strategies across logistics, ERP/CRM, and transportation sectors. Job Overview
The Sales Senior Manager will be tasked with overseeing a high-performance sales team and channel partner network. This includes crafting and executing strategic plans that enhance customer engagement and market penetration. The role requires close collaboration with marketing, product development, and support teams to meet monthly and annual business targets while ensuring seamless execution of go-to-market initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the sales team and partner channels to meet revenue targets
* Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand the customer base
* Manage business performance analytics and present reports to management
* Oversee recruitment, goal setting, and performance coaching of sales staff

* Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and client engagement skills
* Strong understanding of freight forwarding, transportation, and logistics industries
* Commercially savvy with a consultative sales approach
* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in challenging environments
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
* Strong leadership with mentoring and people development capabilities
