Role Summary
The Senior Manager – Business Development Digital Solutions – DP World Dubai will lead global market expansion for DP World’s flagship Port Community System (PCS) and Customs Management System (CMS). This role focuses on positioning these solutions as industry benchmarks, forging partnerships with port authorities and customs agencies, and driving digital transformation in global trade facilitation.

What You’ll Do
* Identify and develop new business opportunities worldwide with port operators, customs agencies, and logistics stakeholders
* Design and execute go-to-market strategies for PCS and CMS solutions
* Lead competitive analysis and market research to shape product positioning
* Build strong relationships with governments, trade organizations, and international stakeholders
* Conduct executive-level presentations and solution demonstrations
* Negotiate and secure large-scale, multi-stakeholder contracts
* Act as subject matter expert on PCS, CMS, and digital trade platforms
* Collaborate with product teams to align solution development with client needs
* Establish partnerships with technology providers, consultants, and integrators
* Represent DP World at global trade forums, exhibitions, and industry events
* Track KPIs, prepare forecasts, and report progress to senior leadership
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or related field; Master’s preferred
* At least 10 years of experience in business development, with 5 years in digital trade solutions
* Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals globally
* Strong understanding of port operations, customs procedures, and trade facilitation
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
* Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%
* Knowledge of PCS, CMS, Single Window Systems, or Trade Facilitation Portals
* Familiarity with WCO, IMO, UNCTAD, or WTO frameworks is a plus
* Multilingual skills are advantageous
