Role Summary
The Senior Manager – Business Development Digital Solutions – DP World Dubai will drive the global expansion of DP World’s Port Community System (PCS) and Customs Management System (CMS). This role will focus on forging partnerships with port authorities, customs agencies, and logistics organizations, positioning DP World’s digital platforms as industry benchmarks in global trade facilitation and digital transformation.

What You’ll Do
* Identify and secure new global business opportunities with port operators, customs authorities, and logistics stakeholders
* Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for PCS and CMS digital solutions
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and pricing
* Build strong client relationships with government entities, port authorities, and trade organizations
* Deliver executive-level presentations and solution demonstrations to clients and partners
* Negotiate and close high-value contracts in complex multi-stakeholder environments
* Act as subject matter expert on PCS and CMS, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with industry needs
* Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align solution development with client demands
* Establish partnerships with technology providers, system integrators, and consultants
* Represent DP World at international logistics forums, conferences, and trade events
* Track KPIs, produce forecasts, and report performance metrics to senior leadership
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or related field; Master’s preferred
* Minimum 10 years of business development experience, with at least 5 years in digital trade solutions for ports or customs
* Proven record of closing large-scale contracts and managing global client relationships
* Strong understanding of port operations, customs processes, and trade facilitation
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%
* Experience with PCS, CMS, Single Window Systems, or Trade Facilitation Portals
* Multilingual skills and familiarity with organizations such as WCO, IMO, UNCTAD, or WTO are an advantage
