Position Overview
DP World is seeking a strategic and visionary Senior Manager – Enterprise CRM Systems to lead the transformation of its global CRM platform into a centralized customer engagement engine. Based in Dubai, this leadership role is pivotal in aligning enterprise CRM strategy with business goals, overseeing implementation, and integrating CRM with sales, service, marketing, and loyalty programs. The successful candidate will drive innovation, enhance customer lifecycle engagement, and ensure scalable, data-driven solutions that support DP World’s digital transformation across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development and execution of the CRM strategy roadmap, aligning with enterprise customer engagement goals
* Manage the transition of CRM systems from transactional tools to customer intelligence platforms across sales, service, and marketing functions
* Oversee implementation of enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle, ensuring seamless user adoption
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including commercial, digital, and marketing to define CRM requirements and optimize business alignment
* Ensure full integration with customer journey mapping, loyalty systems, and personalization engines
* Drive CRM vendor selection, implementation planning, solution design, and quality assurance
* Monitor and optimize system performance, data governance, and compliance across business units and regions
* Leverage AI, data analytics, and automation tools to unlock customer insights and enhance lifecycle engagement
* Build and lead a high-performing CRM team, promoting a culture of ownership, collaboration, and innovation
* Establish CRM KPIs and dashboards to measure adoption, satisfaction, and ROI
* Maintain alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and data privacy standards

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (Master’s preferred)
* 12+ years of experience in enterprise CRM systems, including at least 6 years in leadership roles
* Strong track record of implementing CRM platforms across global functions such as sales, service, marketing, and loyalty
* Proficiency in stakeholder engagement, change management, and Agile or DevOps methodologies
* Experience with customer journey orchestration, AI-powered CRM tools, and data integration platforms
* Strong vendor and budget management capabilities
* Skilled in translating complex business requirements into scalable CRM solutions
* Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
* Experience in logistics, shipping, or global trade sectors is advantageous
