Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute the strategic CRM roadmap across DP World’s business units
* Lead CRM platform evolution from operational to customer lifecycle management
* Oversee cross-functional collaboration with commercial, digital, and service teams
* Manage system implementations, vendor relationships, and solution delivery timelines
* Champion data governance, 360 customer views, and integration with enterprise systems
* Provide operational oversight of CRM support and ensure platform scalability
* Lead a team of CRM analysts, product owners, and technical staff
* Foster innovation by collaborating with AI, analytics, and marketing teams to enable personalization and loyalty
* Monitor KPIs and ensure continuous improvement in CRM usage and ROI
* Manage budgets, resource allocation, and compliance with data privacy and enterprise standards
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering; Master’s degree preferred
* 12+ years of experience with enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce)
* Track record in CRM strategy, implementation, and user adoption in large organizations
* Deep knowledge of sales, marketing, and service CRM functions
* Experience with APIs, middleware, and integrated customer data platforms
* Strong background in Agile and DevOps methodologies
* Proven leadership and cross-functional team management
* Excellent stakeholder communication and project delivery capabilities
* Familiarity with AI-driven CRM, personalization tools, and customer journey mapping
* Budget management and vendor negotiation experience
