Role Summary
The Senior Manager – Industrial Vertical Solutions – DP World Dubai will lead the design and execution of tailored supply chain strategies for heavy industry sectors, including machinery, aerospace and defense, mining, and oil and gas. The role will focus on developing customer-centric solutions, driving global growth initiatives, and positioning DP World as a thought leader in industrial logistics and trade facilitation.

What You’ll Do
* Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies within the industrial vertical
* Design end-to-end supply chain strategies addressing unique challenges across sub-sectors
* Collaborate with solution engineering, operations, finance, and marketing teams on vertical strategies
* Build investment cases for new technologies, geographies, and growth opportunities
* Lead performance analytics to identify cost optimization and service improvement initiatives
* Partner with engineering teams to integrate advanced technologies including AI and automation
* Support global and regional key account managers with subject matter expertise for strategic clients
* Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers in target industries
* Drive thought leadership through customer advisory panels, conferences, and industry events
* Oversee development of training programs, whitepapers, and communications highlighting DP World’s industrial solutions
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred
* 10+ years of progressive logistics and supply chain experience in industrial sectors
* Proven success designing and executing supply chain strategies in heavy industries or project logistics
* Strong experience in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
* Knowledge of technologies such as TMS, WMS, ERP systems, and digital transformation trends
* Exposure to Lean methodology, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives
* Strong communication and presentation skills with proven industry engagement
* Experience in emerging markets such as Sub-Saharan Africa or India is an advantage
* Professional certifications in supply chain (APICS, CILTUK, or equivalent) preferred
