The Senior Network Planning Manager will convert demand forecasts, operational requirements and engineering inputs into long-term network solutions. These plans will influence customer delivery speed, capital allocation, facility capacity and the cost efficiency of future operations.
Key Responsibilities
The manager will lead complex planning programs involving Supply Chain, Technology, Worldwide Design Engineering, Operations, Finance, Analytics and senior business leaders.
* Lead cross-functional supply-chain planning projects.
* Design solutions that improve delivery experience while controlling costs.
* Define network-capacity plans for emerging countries.
* Use optimization tools to answer critical strategic planning questions.
* Develop fulfilment-center and transportation-network topology solutions.
* Assess storage and processing capacity requirements.

Ideal Profile
The successful candidate will combine strong analytical judgment with the ability to lead complex programs across multiple countries. They should be comfortable evaluating incomplete information, resolving competing priorities and communicating recommendations to senior leaders.
* Bachelor’s degree.
* At least 5 years of supply-chain experience.
* Minimum 5 years of program or project management experience.
* Experience using data and metrics to identify and drive improvements.
* Proven ownership of program strategy and end-to-end delivery.
* Experience presenting results, risks and decisions to senior leadership.
* Strong understanding of fulfilment and transportation capacity planning.
* Ability to work with engineering, technical, financial and operational teams.
* At least 7 years of cross-functional stakeholder-management experience is preferred.
* Master’s degree or MBA is advantageous.
* Relevant postgraduate study may include business, operations or organizational development.
* Experience implementing repeatable processes, automation or standardization is preferred.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment involving complex decisions and escalations.
