The Senior Program Manager will lead the Amazon Marketplace Experience Transformation function supporting Delivery Associates and Delivery Service Partners across Africa, Middle East, and Turkey. The role combines regional strategy development with local execution, requiring close attention to market differences while maintaining consistent program standards.
The position acts as a strategic voice for delivery partners by gathering feedback through multiple listening channels, identifying recurring experience issues, and ensuring those priorities are represented in business decisions. The manager will influence teams without direct authority, secure alignment from senior leaders, and develop programs that balance partner satisfaction with operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage the regional roadmap for Delivery Associate and Delivery Service Partner experience.
* Translate partner feedback and operational insights into clear strategic priorities.
* Collect information from multiple listening channels and consolidate recurring themes across markets.
* Work with operations, ACES, DEX, and other cross-functional teams to address structural experience issues.
* Track agreed actions against service level expectations and ensure improvement initiatives progress to closure.
* Prepare detailed strategy documents, business recommendations, and implementation plans for senior leadership.
* Present findings, priorities, and resource requirements to decision makers and secure alignment on major initiatives.
* Maintain focused implementation in Saudi Arabian operations while supporting wider AMET regional strategy.
* Build partnerships with external entities to create useful campaigns, benefits, and engagement programs for delivery partners.
* Plan and coordinate annual Delivery Service Partner meetings and regional engagement initiatives.
* Support the design and rollout of ignite events across multiple countries.
* Lead country expansion activities and new program launches within Africa, Middle East, and Turkey.
* Adapt regional programs to local operating requirements without weakening core standards.
* Use data and performance metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
* Coordinate stakeholders across multiple countries, functions, and organizational levels.
