Senior Warehouse Executive - Logistics & Inventory Operations

Responsibilities:
- Assist and report to the Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth and efficient daily warehouse operations.
- Perform dispatch duties, including delivering equipment and parts for repair and verifying the accuracy of returned items.
- Prepare equipment for shipments, ensuring compliance with the packing list and project requirements.
- Handle loading and unloading of trucks, packing/unpacking equipment, and verifying delivery orders.
- Process receiving and outgoing shipments, preparing documentation according to company procedures.
- Inspect returned equipment to ensure all items match the packing list and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain proper warehouse housekeeping, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Tag inventory using barcode systems and manage data entry for barcode printing.
- Support warehouse stock management and organization to maintain operational efficiency.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- ITE Nitec Certificate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and process management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Inventory Management Systems.
- Physical ability to manually handle loads up to 20kg.
- Valid forklift license is required.
