Solutions Development Executive - Logistics & Supply Chain Services
The Solutions Development Executive will support DP World\'s logistics business by designing and implementing client-specific logistics solutions that enhance service value and resolve key operational challenges. The role involves close collaboration with business units and sales teams to grow new business and meet revenue objectives.

Salary: AED 15,000 – AED 22,000 per month (estimated market range)

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver logistics solutions tailored to customer needs, addressing supply chain inefficiencies and challenges
* Work closely with cross-regional logistics business units to implement customer-specific projects
* Collaborate with Trade Development and Logistics (TD&L) teams to refine and communicate value propositions
* Conduct research to develop new value-added logistics services across target commodity sectors, including pricing and revenue structure
* Draft operational process flows for executing customized logistics services and client onboarding
* Support the development of sales presentations and client-specific solution documents
* Create case studies and success stories for sales enablement
* Maintain ongoing communication with clients to incorporate feedback and enhance product offerings
* Assist in onboarding new clients and supporting operations in executing proposed solutions
* Undertake additional projects and assignments as directed by management
Requirements
Education & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
* 4–5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain, preferably with a focus on value-added services and regional commodity expertise
Skills:
* Strong commercial acumen and business development experience
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Proficiency in logistics systems and client solution frameworks
* Experience working across cross-functional teams and geographies
* Ability to conceptualize and build customized service solutions
* Knowledge of market trends and client pain points within logistics
