This Talent Acquisition Intern role focuses on global employer branding, pre-onboarding content, and recruitment toolkit development. It\'s an ideal opportunity for students or recent graduates eager to gain practical experience in HR communications and talent engagement on a global scale.

What You’ll Do
* Assist in developing global talent acquisition resources including interview guides and recruiter playbooks
* Support the design and content creation for pre-onboarding materials to improve new joiner experience
* Conduct research and gather engaging, inclusive content aligned with the company’s employer brand
* Collaborate with global and regional TA stakeholders for feedback and continuous improvement
* Format and edit HR communications for digital platforms, PDFs, and intranet publication
* Help maintain project timelines and trackers, ensuring timely delivery of key deliverables
* Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to EVP marketing and candidate experience campaigns
* Join global team calls and contribute ideas to drive impactful TA initiatives
Ideal Profile
* Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills with a creative mindset and strong attention to detail
* Familiarity with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus
* Proactive, collaborative, and eager to contribute to high-visibility HR projects
* Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
