Position Overview
DP World is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead the global rollout of our Ports and Terminals Customer Platform (CCS). This role is central to driving digital transformation across our 70+ terminals by delivering customer-centric solutions that streamline cross-border trade, optimize logistics, and enhance terminal operations through cloud-native technologies.

What You’ll Do
* Lead the global implementation of DP World\'s CCS platform, working across product, engineering, QA, and local terminal teams
* Collaborate with Zodiac TOS and port operations stakeholders to align digital workflows and terminal processes
* Define program scope, establish delivery schedules, and manage milestones across multiple product rollouts
* Drive delivery of high-impact features that reduce congestion, digitize operations, and enhance cargo visibility
* Resolve cross-functional blockers, facilitate coordination, and manage escalation as needed
* Leverage business and technical acumen to evaluate trade-offs, suggest improvements, and influence product outcomes
* Manage junior program managers and track execution across multiple concurrent initiatives
* Report on program status to senior leadership, maintaining alignment with strategic objectives
* Promote DP World’s values and safety culture in every aspect of project execution
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Technology; MBA with focus in Operations, Supply Chain, or E-commerce is a plus
* 8–10 years of technical program management experience in digital logistics, ports, shipping, or trade platforms
* Strong background in Agile, hybrid, or iterative development models within large-scale system rollouts
* Experience in distributed system architecture, cloud-native solutions, and enterprise product delivery
* Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and manage stakeholder alignment
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills across global, multicultural teams
* Deep passion for customer-centric design, digital innovation, and international trade
