Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and deliver training programs across all process paths in the fulfillment center
* Supervise instructors and peer trainers supporting new hire onboarding
* Conduct coaching sessions, observations, and instructor evaluations
* Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with internal standards
* Analyze training data to improve learning effectiveness and performance outcomes
* Provide structured feedback on instructor delivery and trainee performance
* Organize cross-training initiatives to meet operational peak demands
* Collaborate with operations teams to identify skill gaps using skill matrices
* Support delivery of critical role training programs across departments
* Participate in audits, testing processes, and track results for improvement
* Contribute to process improvements through feedback and data analysis
* Assist in recruiting and developing new instructors and peer trainers
* Work closely with agency partners to enhance new hire performance
