Key Responsibilities
* Own end-to-end transportation planning including forecasting, flow control, and capacity management
* Manage daily operations as well as peak season execution to ensure seamless logistics performance
* Design and implement strategic programs to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency
* Develop supply chain models and network solutions based on business requirements
* Balance trade-offs between cost, scope, timelines, and resource allocation
* Identify risks and challenges while implementing data-driven solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove operational blockers and launch new initiatives
* Oversee integration with systems across retail, fulfillment, transportation, and finance
* Establish performance tracking, financial measurement, and reporting processes

Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in program or project management within logistics or operations
* Strong experience working with cross-functional teams in complex environments
* Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, data modeling, and reporting
* Proficiency in SQL and data-driven decision-making
* Experience in process improvement and operational optimization
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
* Knowledge of Python, machine learning, or advanced analytics is an advantage
