Key Responsibilities
* Partner with operations teams to implement workplace health and safety policies across site operations
* Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal safety standards
* Conduct risk assessments and analyze WHS data to identify improvement opportunities
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean and process optimization methods
* Deliver training and guidance to operations leaders and WHS team members
* Monitor site safety performance and recommend corrective actions where required
* Collaborate with stakeholders to promote best practices and standard methodologies
* Develop and mentor WHS team members, ensuring alignment with company safety expectations
* Communicate safety goals, updates, and performance metrics clearly to all levels
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in safety, environmental science, ergonomics, or related field
* Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in WHS, EHS, or workplace safety programs
* Strong knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and risk management
* Experience in logistics, distribution centers, or manufacturing environments preferred
* Proven leadership experience managing teams or multiple sites
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office including reporting, charts, and data analysis
* Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
* Professional certifications in WHS, EHS, or HSE are an advantage
