- Communicate effectively with children, their families, and team members.
- Keep the classroom environment clean, organized, and conducive to learning.
- Support the social, emotional, and intellectual growth of each child.
- Design and execute educational programs and creative projects.

### Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in early childhood development is a plus.
- Experience in child care or a related educational field is preferred.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A patient and creative mindset with a passion for child development.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Physical fitness to engage actively with children and manage classroom activities.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts, including potential evenings.
