We are leading international audit, tax and advisory firm. Operating as a united partnership, we work as one integrated team, leveraging expertise, scale and cultural understanding to deliver exceptional and tailored services in audit and accounting, as well as tax, financial advisory, consulting and legal services

Responsibilities:

Manage office procedures and systems, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to staff, including scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and managing calendars.
Answer phones, screen calls, and direct inquiries to appropriate staff members.
Compose professional emails and correspondence.
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for efficient document organization and retrieval.
Process expense reports and invoices in accordance with company guidelines.
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Prepare presentations and reports as assigned.
Greet visitors and manage reception duties (if applicable).
Perform other administrative duties as necessary to support the overall operations of the team/department.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Proven proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels, clients (if applicable), and the general public.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Proficiency with office equipment (printers, scanners, fax machines) a plus.
