Should have driving license and own car only.
Handling all related jobs with regard to Labor & Immigration, Trade License & Chamber of Commerce liasioning in co-ordination with the HR department.
Ensure compliance to all administrative matters & provide strategic support to the management to increase profitability.
Handles expenses and billing cycles
Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
Assists in purchase orders and invoicing
Maintains accurate records for employee holiday requests
May take care of website functions and social media profiles
Arrange visas (work permit, visit visa etc.) for new staff and their family.Schedule staff’s visa, medical, coordinating with other internal and external departments.
Collect all appropriate documentation necessary for visa and permits required to be processed.
Arrange MOH, MOE Approvals for work permit.
Organize visas for holiday and business related travel for managers as required.
Responding to staff queries on Visa/ Labor/ Passport related matters.
Ensure all visas, medical and labor permits are up to date and arrange a timely renewal.
Arrange Health Card, Emirates ID and Health Insurance for new staff.
Assist in all general inquiries concerning labor and immigration matters.
To submit required documentation to the banks and process bank transactions as advised.
To renew all company related licenses (DED, MOH, MOE, SPEA, etc.)
