This is a full-time role for Manager – Infrastructure Services Sales at DG Business in Dubai.
Manager – Infrastructure Services Sales will be responsible for achieving sales targets for offerings like Networking, Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure (Datacenter, Compute, Storage, Backup etc), Network security, IT Outsourcing and Managed services etc by generating leads, driving entire sales life cycle including closure & billing, and maintaining strong communication with clients to support business growth.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve Infrastructure Services revenue targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Conduct solution demonstrations and presentations to the clients
Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and technical needs
Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and partners
Oversee the implementation and ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices
Ability to deliver revenue number of $5M in FY25 with profitability of minimum 20% excluding backend rebates
Requirements
Qualitative Requirements:
Experience(Yrs& Field) : 18-20 + Years of relevant experience
Educational Qualification : Masters / Bachelor
Professional Certifications : Cisco, HPE etc.
Skills & Abilities:
Account and customer relationship management, Strong understanding of Infrastructure solutions and services, ability to close deals and meet sales targets, Commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
