What Does an Assistant Manager – PMO and Strategy Do?

You will work hand-in-hand with the Senior Manager of Transformation and Business PMO, tracking the success of major business programs and initiatives, enabling insight-driven decision-making, and supporting leadership through strategic planning and governance support.

What Will You Be Responsible For?

Business Program Management
- Monitor progress of Blue’s strategic projects and ensure timely delivery aligned with the roadmap
- Assist in developing clear tracking tools and project milestones
- Implement governance and reporting best practices
- Prepare presentations and performance reports for senior stakeholders and board meetings

Performance Management & Analytics
- Track KPIs tied to Blue’s value objectives such as growth, user engagement, and efficiency
- Perform data analysis and draw business insights to support key decisions
- Highlight risks, opportunities, and gaps in execution using data-backed recommendations

Team Engagement & Internal Coordination
- Drive team-building events and internal communications such as town halls
- Cultivate strong working relationships across all business units within Blue
- Collaborate with HR to support team engagement and culture initiatives

Strategic Planning & Execution Support
- Assist in building business cases for new strategic initiatives
- Perform competitive analysis, market research, and stakeholder engagement
- Contribute to high-level planning and ad hoc projects central to Blue’s long-term objectives

What Experience and Skills Do You Need?

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field from a reputed university
- 3 to 5 years of total experience, with at least 2 years in a top-tier consulting firm (mandatory)
- Proven track record in digital transformation, PMO, or fast-scaling startup environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong business acumen, time management, and attention to detail
