Assistant Manager - Strategy & Transactions - Valuation & Modeling - Valuations

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct valuation analyses for mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, feasibility studies, and IPO planning.
- Develop financial models to support pricing, debt structuring, working capital forecasting, and synergy analysis.
- Analyze historical financial statements, cash flows, and balance sheets to identify key valuation drivers and risks.
- Assist in transaction support, due diligence, and financial restructuring engagements.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports and financial projections for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with international valuation and modeling standards.
- Supervise staff, inspect client financial records, and compile analytical reports.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring seamless execution of engagements.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and financial regulations affecting valuation methodologies.
- Work collaboratively across businesses and borders to deliver high-quality advisory services.
Required Skills and Experience:
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- International accounting qualification preferred (CA, ACCA, or CPA).
Experience:
- 6-7 years of experience in financial advisory, public auditing, or accounting, preferably with a Big Four firm.
- Strong background in valuation, transaction support, due diligence, and financial restructuring.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in financial modeling, feasibility studies, and IPO planning.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for financial details.
