Associate Manager - Seller Support | MAF Retail | Retail Corporate Egypt

ROLE SUMMARY
The Associate Manager - Seller Support is responsible for helping and support sellers operating on the marketplace platform. The primary objective is to ensure a seamless selling experience and optimize order fulfilment by addressing seller inquiries, managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and resolving issues. Additionally, the role focuses on enhancing customer interaction and satisfaction, contributing to seller satisfaction, customer retention, and overall marketplace success.

ROLE PROFILE

Assist sellers with account setup, product listings, order management, payment processing, and inquiries.
Investigate and resolve seller-related issues or disputes, ensuring satisfactory outcomes for both sellers and customers.
Insure adherence to marketplace guidelines, monitor policy updates, and recommend process improvements for efficiency.
Maintain clear and timely communication with project leaders regarding any concerns, issues, or process adjustments.
Lead or contribute to process improvement projects, utilizing tools and reporting to track and assess progress.
Handle and escalate any issues or queries related to routine operational tasks as necessary.
Develop new ideas, tools, or processes to enhance operational efficiency and collaborate with teams to implement solutions.
Apply and follow Majid AlFuttaim Retail's Human Capital corporate policies and relevant procedures and instructions.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
3+ years of experience as a seller support or customer experience and operations.
Good understanding of data analysis tools or reporting software.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Full proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
